Every post traces to a study someone here has read in full, not a summary of one. That check is the reason posts 10 and 11 are marked wrong on the calendar rather than quietly published.
One engine, run over and over. A real workplace problem, the expertise we already have, the research that explains it, then something to do this week. We are not introducing a new theory every post. We have three areas and we keep pointing them at different problems.

We are writing for Thai working adults reading on a phone. Not HR directors, not buyers. Assume they have never heard of us and cannot name a single researcher.
No pop psychology, ever, even when it would get more views. If we become the brand that says fun things that aren't true, nothing else we say counts. We would rather be believed than popular.

Two gaps worth seeing. Difficult colleagues is the third loudest pain at 24 posts and month one does not touch it. Hiring is joint fourth at 19 and waits for People Psychology in month two.
We will know whether twelve posts went out. We will not know whether they worked. There is no analytics, no attribution, and the posts carry no call to action by design, so there is nothing to trace yet. That is a choice for month one.
It stops being a reasonable choice in month two. If the posts run again with no way to tell a good one from a bad one, we are publishing on faith. Deciding where this lives is what makes any measurement possible at all, which is why it sits in the table above rather than in a later plan.
